Stage 2 is the larger stage of the project at the PAK’nSAVE side of the mall. When completed the retail offer will be enhanced with more fashion and lifestyle brands and a new exciting dining experience. Stage 2 will be completed by the end of 2026.
The transformation of Richmond Mall continues to gather momentum, with major construction milestones clearly visible over winter 2026 the mall moves closer to the completion of its ambitious redevelopment later this year.
Stage 1 of the PAK’nSAVE expansion has now opened, with shoppers enjoying the benefits of the larger supermarket, including an expanded fresh produce department, a significantly enhanced butchery and a wider range of products. The additional space is also helping reduce out-of-stock items, creating a better shopping experience for customers.
Meanwhile, the future southern entrance to Richmond Mall is beginning to take shape, and when complete, Stage 2 of Richmond Mall Reimagined will introduce a further 16 retail stores and an exciting new food precinct featuring 12 food outlets.
Who’s Moving In?
PAK’nSAVE remains where it is but will expand further into the mall. Farmers will also remain in the same location, and will be joined by a mix of other existing and new retailers you will really love.
Bringing you an exciting, new food experience, friends and families will be able to come together to enjoy the fare of current and new foodies in a contemporary dining precinct.
Who will be coming to this part of the mall will be announced later in 2026.
