I went to ask if they had any of their Richmond Mall carry bags. The lady said they were out of stock however she gave me her own one from her bag. How generous is this lady? I politely refused however she insisted I take it.

Paul is an amazingly happy person every day I see him out getting trolleys and doing his job fast and effectively, he is polite and always says hello back and has been a great asset to Pak 'n Save for years if not since the day the mall took off. You are great Paul and I appreciate your work and wholesomeness, time to give back to Paul ♡

Congratulations to Sharon who nominated Cathy from Lily&May

I ordered the most beautiful flowers through Lily & May for my mother in law for Mother’s Day. They were stunning. I was so impressed with the friendly emails and, because the deliveries were fully booked, Cathy offered me Saturday delivery or could still pick up on the Sunday morning. My mother in law said that the flowers are still looking amazing 10 days later. Will shop for our flowers there now, we have just recently moved from Taranaki so it is nice when you start to have a favourite shop.

Congratulations to Anna who nominated Lesley from Silvermoon

Read all about Anna's experience below:

As a (then) single mother living in a new town I knew not many people. It was my birthday and my children wanted to get me a gift ... so I walked into Silvermoon to get served by Lesley. I explained the situation and asked if she could please help my children find me a birthday gift. She took my children and treated then as if they were VIP shoppers. She created a safe environment whilst I went and enjoyed a coffee. My children and I couldn't applaud her customer service enough, I actually went and brought her a box of chocolates as a thank you. Needless to say the children returned to Silvermoon at Christmas.
